About Dr. Avtar Singh

Dr. Avtar Singh is the founder and principal practitioner at Ayurvedic Herbal Centre, with over 40 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic medicine. He studied Ayurvedic herbs and medicine at the College of Ayurveda UK and has treated patients across a wide range of chronic conditions — from thyroid and spinal disorders to autoimmune disease, kidney conditions, and hormonal imbalance.

Dr. Avtar Singh’s method focuses on identifying the root cause of illness through thorough assessment of the patient’s prakriti (constitution), doshic imbalance, diet, and lifestyle — and designing a fully personalised herbal protocol. He has also been a freelance presenter on Sunrise Television, where he shared Ayurvedic health guidance with a wider audience.
